TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

VSP Technologies is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. VSP Technologies collects only personal data that you provide to us through visiting our website, filling out our training, contact or job application form, or by calling or emailing us directly. Personal data is any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, email address, the company you are associated with or the IP address of the computer you used to visit our website.

Information you provide to us
We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, web forms or other direct contact from you. We do not share, sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to place or ship an order). We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us (e.g., to request training or to apply for a job with us). Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or telephone in the future to tell you about new products or services or changes to this privacy policy.

VSP Technologies provides clear methods of unambiguous, informed consent at the time of data collection, when we do collect your personal information using consent as a basis.

We collect only the minimum amount of information required for any one purpose. You can always provide more information, but we encourage you to only provide data that you are comfortable sharing with us.

Our job application form in the careers section of our webpage is designed to help us find suitable new employees for our company. This form may require more personal data than our Contact form or our Training form. Please do not share any information with us that you would not otherwise be comfortable with providing. Also note that to apply for employment through VSP Technologies the applicant must be over the age of 18. If we discover that an applicant is not of the appropriate age, we will immediately delete your information and your request for employment will be discarded.

Information we may collect automatically
VSP Technologies uses browser cookies to collect and store information to use with our analytics services. Other than analytics we currently do not use any other cookies to track your behavior on our website. In order to be tracked through our analytics service provider (Google Analytics) you must opt-in and you will not be tracked unless you give us your consent. Information of children
VSP Technologies does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 16. If we learn or have reason to suspect that you are under the age of 16, we will promptly delete your information.
